We often receive calls about feral cats so we have provided the links below to help educate the public on this often contentious issue. 

Fort Bend County, and the cities within its borders, have antiquated, and in our opinion, highly inhuman legislation and methods of dealing with feral cats.  Please read some of the articles in this section that show how other parts of the country are successfully addressing the issue of feral cats and realizing benefits to their community.  We strongly encourage you to lobby your city and county representatives for the adoption of well-organized TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) programs and to abolish laws that make it illegal to feed feral cats.
